- Fabric Sourcing: Access to premium fabrics from around the world.
All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in this agreement.
3. Manufacturing & Production
Our manufacturing services are governed by the following terms:
- Production Timeline: Estimated production times are provided upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Sample Production: Samples are produced prior to full production runs. Sample costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Quality Control: All products undergo quality inspection before shipping. Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to the nature of manufacturing.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): MOQs apply to all manufacturing orders. Specific MOQs are provided during the quotation process.
- Specifications: You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, designs, and artwork. Any errors or omissions are your responsibility.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to the following terms:
- Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed when a written purchase order is received and accepted by Zovala Gear.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in production delays and additional fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Zovala Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
- Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to your order.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Orders: Custom manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sample Orders: Sample products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
All returns require prior authorization from Zovala Gear. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
- Our Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Zovala Gear and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Your Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any designs, artwork, or intellectual property you provide to us. However, you grant Zovala Gear a license to use these materials for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
